Authentic profiles help maintain trust and safety. You may not impersonate another person, create fake profiles, use misleading information, or upload photos you do not have the right to use.

Your profile should represent you honestly, including your photos, relationship intent, faith-related answers, and compatibility information.

TrueBoaz expects members to communicate with respect, honesty, courtesy, and care for safety. The platform is built for intentional dating, Christian values, character-first relationships, and accountable communication.

You may not use TrueBoaz for harassment, scams, fraud, impersonation, hate speech, abusive conduct, sexually explicit content, unlawful activity, financial solicitation, spam, or behavior that harms the safety of the community.

You may not pressure, deceive, threaten, or manipulate other members. TrueBoaz may act when conduct creates risk for members or the platform.

You are responsible for your interactions with other members. Use wisdom, protect personal information, and report concerning behavior when needed.

TrueBoaz provides tools for introductions and communication, but we cannot guarantee relationship outcomes, compatibility, user behavior, marriages, or any specific result.

You retain ownership of photos, profile details, messages, and other content you upload or provide.

By adding content to TrueBoaz, you give us permission to store, process, and display that content as needed to operate the platform, provide matching and messaging features, and maintain safety.

TrueBoaz may offer free features and premium features. Premium features may require payment, billing information, and subscription management through the available checkout or account tools.

Refund terms, where applicable, may be described in our Refund Policy.

We do not list pricing in these Terms because available features, offers, and billing options may change over time.

TrueBoaz may review reports, profile content, photos, messages, and account activity when needed for platform safety, member support, abuse prevention, or policy enforcement.

When safety requires it, TrueBoaz may remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts. We aim to handle moderation with care and fairness.

Access may be restricted if an account is connected to policy violations, fraudulent activity, repeated misconduct, safety concerns, or behavior that undermines the platform.

Suspension or termination may limit access to profile features, messaging, matches, subscriptions, or other parts of TrueBoaz.

The TrueBoaz name, branding, logos, product design, content, and related marks belong to TrueBoaz or its licensors.

You may not copy, misuse, or present TrueBoaz branding or platform content as your own without permission.

TrueBoaz provides tools and opportunities for introductions, profiles, matching, compatibility assessment, photo sharing, and communication.

We do not guarantee matches, relationships, marriages, spiritual compatibility, user conduct, or any specific outcome from using the platform.

To the extent allowed by law, TrueBoaz is not responsible for indirect, unexpected, or consequential losses that may arise from using or being unable to use the platform.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these Terms periodically as TrueBoaz develops, features change, or legal requirements evolve.

Continued use of TrueBoaz after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
