TrueBoaz is a digital relationship platform that provides tools, resources, compatibility features, and opportunities for members to connect with other users.

When a premium subscription is activated, users receive immediate access to platform features, account benefits, compatibility resources, and other services associated with their membership level.

Because access begins immediately, portions of the service may be considered delivered upon activation.

TrueBoaz is designed to help people build meaningful connections through shared values, intentionality, and compatibility. However, human relationships are personal and inherently unpredictable.

For this reason, TrueBoaz cannot guarantee a relationship, a match with a specific person, mutual romantic interest, engagement, marriage, or any particular relationship outcome.

Membership fees provide access to the platform and its features, not a guaranteed dating result.

As a general policy, payments for activated digital services are non-refundable once premium access has been granted. However, we understand that exceptional situations may arise.

Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis for circumstances such as duplicate charges, billing errors, unauthorized transactions, technical issues that prevent access to purchased services, or situations where refunds are required by applicable law.

Submitting a request does not guarantee approval, but every request will be reviewed fairly and individually.

Because relationship outcomes are subjective and beyond the control of the platform, refunds are generally not issued for changing your mind after purchasing, not finding a preferred match, a match declining interest, a conversation ending unexpectedly, a lack of romantic chemistry, personal dating preferences changing, or deciding not to use the platform after activation.

Membership fees cover access to the platform and services provided, not specific personal outcomes.

By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that access begins immediately after activation, platform benefits become available at once, and digital services cannot be returned in the same way as physical products.

This is one of the reasons refunds are generally limited once premium access has been activated.

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

If you cancel, your subscription will not renew at the next billing cycle, premium access will remain available until the end of the current paid period, and no additional charges will occur after cancellation unless a new subscription is started.

Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period.

TrueBoaz does not generally provide prorated refunds or partial refunds for unused portions of an active subscription period.

Members who cancel may continue using premium features until their current subscription period expires.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or experience a billing issue, please contact us as soon as possible.

Examples include duplicate payments, unexpected charges, technical payment errors, and subscription concerns.

We are committed to reviewing billing concerns fairly and responding in a reasonable timeframe.

If a payment dispute is opened with a payment provider, TrueBoaz may provide relevant records associated with the purchase, including account activation records, subscription records, access logs, and agreement to platform policies at signup or purchase.

We encourage users to contact us directly before initiating a dispute so we can attempt to resolve concerns quickly and fairly.

By purchasing a premium subscription, you acknowledge that you have reviewed this Refund Policy, premium services become available immediately after activation, relationship outcomes cannot be guaranteed, cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically create a refund, and refund requests are reviewed according to this policy.
